A private concierge, by invitation only

Some doors openonly by introduction.

Infinia Reserve is the private side of Velari Tourism. We look after a small number of clients, and each one has a single concierge who knows their file and can reach every jet, yacht, car and table we work with.

I. The principle

We keep the list shortso we can know it well.

A leather notebook and pen on a wooden desk beside a carved wooden figure
A client file, kept since the first call

There is no application form. Every client here was introduced by another.

Reserve takes on very few clients. Each one has a concierge who knows the file: the seat you prefer, the hotel you swore off in 2019, the names that should never appear on a manifest.

That person can book anything the Velari companies run, from a jet out of Al Maktoum to a visa for next week, and you never deal with the companies yourself. You call once, and nobody tries to sell you anything.

II. What we arrange

What clients askus for most.

Each of these is run by a Velari company. You will rarely hear their names, because you only ever speak to your concierge.

  1. 01

    Private aviation

    Infinia Jets

Any two airports, on your schedule. The aircraft is chosen for the route, and the crew is briefed from your file.

  2. 02

    Yachts

    Infinia Yachts

In Dubai, Bali, Thailand and the USA. The crew has the boat stocked and waiting at the berth before you arrive.

  3. 03

    Chauffeured movement

    Infinia Transfers

Anywhere in the UAE. We send the same drivers when we can, and the car is outside before you come down.

  4. 04

    Desert & private camps

    Dubai Desert King

Private camps set up for a night or a week, a long way from the tour routes.

  5. 05

    Passage

    Infinia Visa

Visas and travel documents worldwide, prepared in advance and followed until they are in your hand.

  6. 06

    Access

    Reserve desk

Yacht berths for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, tables that are booked out, viewings that are not open to the public. You only have to ask once.

  7. 07

    Executive & family-office travel

    All companies

Delegations, multi-city itineraries and households moving together, with one point of contact for the office.

Anything else, ask.

Plenty of what clients ask us for has never been on a list like this one.

III. A day, arranged

A day, arrangedbefore it begins.

One client's Tuesday in Dubai, shown as an example and not as a list of what we do. All of it started with a single message the evening before.

Cream leather seats in the cabin of a private jet

The aircraft waits for you.

It is fuelled, catered and cleared before you leave the house, and it leaves when you sit down.

A table set for lunch beside a yacht window looking out to sea

Lunch on the water.

A yacht on the Palm's outer crescent, and the menu you mentioned once last spring.

A tailor's hand tracing a pattern drawn on paper

A fitting in the suite.

The meeting ran late, so a tailor from Satwa came to the hotel instead.

A chauffeur at the wheel of a waiting car

The car at the aircraft steps.

You skip the terminal. The driver already knows the route and that you prefer a quiet car.

A tented camp in the desert at sunset

Dinner at the camp.

A camp set up for one table, out past the dunes. The nearest other guests were twelve kilometres away.

A passport resting on a book on top of a travel case

Tomorrow, already in hand.

On the back seat, a folder with the visa for Bali and the gate code for the villa in Ubud.

That was one client's Tuesday.Yours will look nothing like it.

Some clients ask for a jet every week. Others call twice a year for something we have never done before. If you can describe it, the desk will find a way to arrange it.

IV. Discretion

What we know,we keep.

These are the terms we sign with every client before the first booking.

  1. No names shared.

Operators get a booking reference instead of your name. When a border needs more, we give the minimum it asks for.

  2. Crews under NDA.

Every pilot, captain, driver and guide who serves a Reserve client has signed a confidentiality agreement with us directly.

  3. We run the companies we book.

The aircraft, yachts and cars belong to licensed Velari companies, so your request never goes through a marketplace.

  4. One concierge holds the file.

Your preferences sit with one person and a named deputy. There is no call centre or shared inbox.

  5. Erased on request.

Ask, and your file, itineraries and correspondence are deleted. We confirm in writing when it is done.

Records are held in the UAE. We never sell them or use them for marketing.

V. The path to Reserve

Someone has tointroduce you.

We do not publish a price or take sign-ups. New clients come to us through people who already use Reserve.

Begin with an introduction
  1. 01

    Introduction

An existing Reserve client or a Velari partner puts your name forward. That is the only way in.

  2. 02

    A private conversation

We meet, in Dubai or wherever suits you, and listen to how you travel and what you would rather not think about.

  3. 03

    Your file opens

One concierge is assigned to you. Preferences, documents and standing arrangements are recorded once.

  4. 04

    Whenever you need us

After that, send a message when you need something and your concierge takes it from there.

“I have not had to make a second call in four years.”

Family office principal, Geneva

“They remember everything, and repeat none of it.”

Founder, Singapore

“The aircraft, the car and the boat were waiting. Nobody asked who I was.”

Private client, London
